Reopening with Fast-Casual Concept

Thank you to everyone that has supported us over the last few weeks. We know this has been a challenging time for all of us in many different ways.

At this unprecedented time, we want to assure you, our faithful customers, that we are here for the long haul. With that said we also realize it’s time for a change. Starting Friday 5/15, per health department restrictions, we will open with limited seating and still serve to-go orders. At that time we will also transition to a “fast-casual” concept, think Panera, but with your favorite Mexican food.

Several other exciting changes will be implemented at that time as well. We will offer touchless payments for our to-go orders with a new restaurant app called dashnow. When you call in a to-go order and provide your mobile number the system will text you for the payment process. In the near future, we will also offer online ordering and even have our own app.

We will still offer most of your favorites, serve beer and Margaritas but in a fast-casual way.

We’re sure this will bring about a lot of questions. Below is a Q&A that we hope will answer some of them. Over the next few months as we transition fully to the new format we will post more info.

Q: Will I still be able to purchase my favorite margarita or beer?
A: We will offer margaritas and beer. While most of them will be available a few of our lowest selling options will be eliminated from the menu.

Q: Will I be able to get my favorite meal?
A: Most of the items on our menu will be available but a few of our less popular options will be eliminated.

Q: Will the hours remain the same?
A: Starting Friday, 5/15 our hours will be 11am – 9pm

Q: What will the seating arrangements be like? Can I enjoy my meal with my friends at a larger table?
A: Initially, the seating arrangements will be limited due to COVID-19. Once restrictions are lifted the seating arrangements will be very similar to what they are now. You will be able to enjoy your meal with your family and friends or by yourself.

Q: Will you still have Taco Tuesday?
A: We will not have Taco Tuesday going forward, but will still offer Happy Hour prices on drinks.

Q: Will there be lunch specials?
A: There will no longer be lunch specials as we will offer the same menu for all hours.

Q: Where can I find the new menu?
A: The new menu can be found here: http://www.lunaaztecagrill.com/menu/
